This was a mixed bag. There is some good stuff and the food in the cafe was excellent. However I came away incensed. They had a statue of Wren, but the guide didn't even know who Hooke was!
I can understand him not getting his recognition in his day: He worked for Wren. He worked for Harvey. He worked for Boyle and he did not have Newton's connections, but surely he deserves a retrospective more than Da Vinci? Is snobbery still a bit too much in evidence here?
