When I checked in, Olivia was very professional and managed to check in very quickly. The room is spacious for family of 3 and Shwedagon Pagoda view is a bonus. The next thing is room service. I would like to highlight the housekeeping service of Goal Lay who is very helpful and assist to me and my family. He is polite and make the room very high standard and very professional in his job. The next thing to mention is horizon club. We ate breakfast and spent happy hours in horizon club except some few odd days at Cafe sule. The breakfast at Horizon club is fabulous and service is excellent. I would like to mention special thank to Chef Phyo, and staffs Cho Zin, Harry and Khin Zar for their excellent service and they ask customers for what they need and make them comfortable and feel like home. Food is exceptional there and their service is great. Here I have stayed a few hotels in Europe and the service at Sule Shangri-La hotel is well above Hilton and Marriott hotels. The staff at the swimming pool are great as well. I would highly recommend this hotel and I will stay again in the future visit.
