I think the Baton Rouge Water Co must be way behind in technology. If your water bill is late you can't make an online payment. What is this about? You MUST drive to the Goodwood location and you MUST go in. This is really kind of 1980's. No other company I know of operates this way. Not Entergy, not Cox and not any other bill I pay online. I work out of town a lot and sometimes forget to pay my bill so I have to take a morning off, drive to their office to make a payment. Very old school, very inconvenient...too bad it's monopolized and the only company you can get water service from. Thanks Baton Rouge Water, Co...for nothing.
