There's certainly a lot to like about the Royal Sonesta Harbor Court in Baltimore!

I stayed with my partner in A Premium Suite. It offered breathtaking harbor views, twice the space of a typical room (combining a bedroom with a full living room), a huge bathroom the size of a Manhattan apartment, a king bed, fridge and Keurig coffee maker. It was definitely worth the price we paid, and with how it compares to other rooms offered by this hotel AND in comparison to other, nearby competitors.

Gold Key concierge was friendly and knowledgeable, as should be. Afternoon wine in the lobby was a nice touch. Elevator waits were reasonable even during busy times of day. Valet parking service was priced on par with other, nearby competitors. Valets themselves were friendly, professional, quick and ready with local driving/traffic advice.

Also, the hotel is conveniently located right on the inner harbor with a simple walk to local sites and restaurants.

The only low-points were the on-site gastropub (service good, food mediocre. See separate review of Explorer's Club) and bathroom grouting which was just a little too dingy. I don't think this is the fault of the cleaning service, but that the tile needs some refreshening due to age and use.

Overall, an excellent three-day stay. Would definitely return!
