Went here to look at a Ford Escape they had on the used lot. My husband submitted an application and everything, they were suppose to call the next day to get it submitted and get the ball rolling. He calls them and finds out his worker isn't in today, he asks the man who answers to get his app going and he says there's no one in the finance office today. I found that hard to believe...so they weren't selling any cars that day? They pretty much gave us the run around and then sold the car that day to someone else. Poor customer service and they lied
