Staff is very unprofessional, the old lady in the front desk of the e.r is rude and disrespectful , my girlfriend was in Jacobi for over 8 hours with a fractured foot and no one was tending to her until I got angry witch is very unfair to her and others that we have to be rude to be attended too.. This place need new management or needs to be shut down ASAP. Next time I will go to St.barnabas hospital at least they tend to there patients
