I had the pleasure of working with Robert Kovachich at Broward Impact Window and Door. I was impressed with the professionalism and integrity in which this company does business. Robert was very friendly and helped me every step of the way in my decision to purchase 5 hurricane impact sliding doors and a hurricane front entry door. There were no games or high pressured sales techniques. Robert answered all my questions and was very knowledgeable about the products. Robert even arranged to come meet me at my house the same day to take some measurements. I never felt pressured or lied to about anything in the process from the moment I walked into the store till the moment I left with a contract. I highly recommend this company and I was very happy to have Robert work with me throughout the entire process.
