Deceptive Service Department. During an oil change I received an email requesting approval for 4K in repairs. I declined the repairs assuming the person handling our paperwork would go over these urgent recommendations. 10-15 minutes later we received a call to the service counter. The Rep stamped our paperwork PAID stated you declined additional repairs, so we re done have a nice day . Puzzled. I asked him about the recommended repairs and compared our last visit which was only 30 days ago. None of these urgent repairs were recommended. He stated I can t speak for the last facility when I clarified my last visit was HERE. He didn t have a response. I thanked him for his time and left. On my way out, I was coincidentally greeted by the facility director. I informed him of my displeasure. Unfortunately, he wasn t very helpful. He initially blamed the express service guys for missing the repairs on my 1st visit stating they were inexperienced and aren t as skilled as the main facility repair guys that seen my car today. When I clarified I d never used express and further detailed the Reps lack of customer service I was continuously given an I m confused response and a looping conversation full of excuses. I simply left and will NEVER return. My advice....look closer at the repair pictures provided you ll notice it s not your vehicle but a GREAT scare tactic to get those repairs done URGENTLY
