I have been trying to get someone on the line for 3 weeks. I call different days, different times. I have been on hold for over an hour before my phone died! I need to get through to someone. In 2 days my payment will be late! I cannot believe the HORRIBLE customer service! I've even emailed, and no response. As soon as I can get a new loan company, I will! I wouldn't recommend ANYONE to this company for any loan servicing! Run! Look elsewhere if u can help it!
