My Visit was a year and six months ago. Lady at main desk was very rude. She would never be an employee of mine. I ended up being at the wrong place when I needed to be at the Clinic. However I did go to Pet Pal Clinic and the folks there were awesome and very caring. So for the woman she gets a 1 finger up, and the Pet Pal Clinic on 34th St. S. and Staff get 5 Stars +.
