Very poor service, service supposedly until 4 pm, but no one answers the phone. Online service leaves much to be desired, email is sent and an automatic response is received which is under analysis, and that is all.

I think the population of Vila Nova de Gaia deserves more and better than this. I hope that someday, someone from the City Council will check the little shame of this "service", which is essential for all families, but which leaves much to be desired, it is painful to pay taxes and sanitation and services that are taxed on bills, but which in reality, there is no quality in the service provided.
