Being a first time car buyer I was a little hesitant on the whole process, luckily I was in great hands with the Lithia Toyota team. Mark Dunagan was awesome to work with, he didn t treat me like a stereotypical sales person, I felt like my best interest was his main priority. I was able to walk in with a car in mind and walk out of there with a brand new car which I m loving.
