the order did not arrive even after 2 weeks, no one called to give any explanation and I had to call and receive the same answer - the product is not in stock (store stock - only online stock = brought from China), although site writes "the product is delivered in 3 days". The relationship with customers is disastrous. My advice is to go to other stores if you don't have strong nerves.
ps. for the answer ... you have made 3 notifications-one each week-not even someone called to ask how to solve the problem or even to apologize ... one star is too much
