My wife took me here for a staycation and it was a great time. Guest service agent Julissa Shapiro did a phenomenal job. She was very welcoming and made sure our stay was the best it can be. All of the staff was very courteous and readily helped with any needs we might have.
There is a reason this is a top rated hotel. Excellent rooms and service. We will stay again. Thank you Julissa Shapiro.
