Our stay at SkiDeep Chalets was average. The skiing facilities were good, but the customer service left much to be desired. The staff seemed indifferent and unenthusiastic. The chalet was comfortable, but there was a lack of attention to detail in terms of cleanliness. Overall, it was an average experience.
