Avoid this place at all costs. If you have an older car or smart car you're treated like a second class citizen. My service order had the complimentary wash on it and that wasn't done. I also noticed them putting down paper floor board mats in newer vehicles and mine did not receive the same attention even though my bill was $1184. They also charged extra diagnostics fee when I told them when I brought the car in about the gear shifter. This place swindles you out of money for really crappy service. My service adviser was great I had Debra Rushing but the techs here are garbage people for treating my car like it wasn't as important as everyone else's. Idc how much the car costs when I'm being charged the same hourly rate as everyone else. It's ridiculous. I will be contacting Mercedes as well.
