They use the same old shtick every other dealership does. I left because I received an offer in the mail they wouldn't compromise with in store, only to get a call a few minutes later saying they found exactly what I wanted if I could compromise on rate. Also, literally no one wears masks in there, no wonder there's a second wave going around.
