I purchased my vehicle from this dealership, but after servicing multiple times, the length of time they take to complete the job keeps extending every time I come here.
Today I came in for an oil change, tire rotation, and fluid, and after 4 hours waiting I went to the desk to see if there were some problems to only find out that they just started the work. I had a reservation and the estimate was 2-3, not 5 hours. If I had to wait that long I would ve gone to another shop or did some other activity. While they do good work, they need to work on their customer experience. If they keep taking too long, I m sure other shops will take my business.
