I do not even want to give 1 star from the experience we had with this supposed Behavioral Health Company. We asked to speak to someone about their Outpatient Programing, instead we were treated unfairly and felt violated beyond measure. We were placed in a locked room, our keys, phones, wallets taken, a metal detector used to ensure we were "safe". Then when we attempted (repeatedly) to explain our purpose of being there the "counselor" we had told us that we had to go through the assessment process for our son no matter what. Then we were told that our son couldn't leave unless they felt he was safe to go. They actually threatened to remove our son from our custody, and all we were there for was to see if their outpatient therapy program was best suited for his needs. I WAS APPALLED at how we were treated, and left feeling violated of our rights. NEVER use this company, EVER! My husband and I work in the health care field and cannot believe the treatment our family went through.
