recently went in with no appointment for service. spoke with a gentleman named zach in the nissan service department, he politely let me know that the dealership reccomends having an appointment but he was able to squeeze me in. he explained that there were other cars in front of mine before it would get worked on. i agreed to wait the hour and a half wait time. after only 45 minutes my car was finished, washed, and zach provided me check sheet that showed the condition of my vehicle and even reviewed it with me. best service i have ever recieved when taking my car in for service. thanks!
