I tried to put all of the important information about my recent experience, but it was too long! Long story short... Doug Ritchey is the most rude and unprofessional Service Manager I've ever seen in my life and I've worked for numerous car dealerships, from low end car dealers like Chevrolet to high end dealers like Mercedes and BMW. This man was rude and unprofessional to me years ago as a Service writer, and now he's even more rude as a Service Manger! He just lost a $2,000-$3,000 repair job because he refused to help me out by letting me know how long my car might be in the shop for, or helping me out with a loaner car! He specifically told me and my girlfriend that he instructs his staff NOT to inform customers about the $35 per day loaner car fee, because if they did, then they wouldn't bring there car there! I will be contacting General Motors to explain how this man treats customers, oh and the unprofessional Service Writer Sean Turner laughing at me while I was talking to his boss! I wish it would allow me to type more on here to FULLY EXPLAIN the TERRIBLE service I received today from Paradise Chevrolet!!!
