I was invited to sign up for the $178.40 yearly service contract when I called to have a plumber come and inspect a faulty water heater. I was told by signing up this would put me on a priority list so naturally I signed up.

I scheduled my appointment for the water heater repair and was called five minutes until last minute of my given time frame (2p-6p) to say the plumbers were working on other homes and would be late. They could not give me a time. I wasn't up for waiting until 8pm so I told them to reschedule me for the next time they had availability. Once again, I was called at 5 minutes until my allotted scheduled time frame ended (12p-4p) to once again tell me the plumbers were working on other homes and couldn't make it until much later. Again they couldn't tell me a time.

I regularly schedule plumbing and other services not only for my own home, but for my rental property and also for my employer's home. NEVER have I had dealt with such unreliability. I took off of work twice to accommodate these schedules and twice they couldn't perform as promised. One time is acceptable but not twice. I can't imagine how their customers who are not on the "priority service contract" are treated.

I will never rely on Jon Wayne for any type of work. I feel the "priority service contract" is a scam. I have disputed the charge through my credit card company and am telling everyone I know about my experience through word of mouth and also social media. Beware of this company.
