They Sold Me A Lemon!
Purchased a 2011 Chevrolet Traverse and was told that the title was clean. However, after purchasing this and turning it over to my insurance company they came back stating there has been severe damage reported. Now, I have to pay a surcharge on my policy. To make matters worse 2 weeks after purchasing this vehicle the engine light came on. I set up an appointment at Baxter and they were full for two weeks, but I scheduled it anyway. I had to use a vacation day and drive 6 hours back to Omaha. Only to be denied service since I did not have a Nissan. Great waste of my time and income. Now, after taking it too the Chevrolet dealership I have been informed that my warranty does not cover all the issues with my vehicle. I will be paying $1400 out of pocket! I already had to use a loan to purchase the vehicle! I have been told by multiple employees at Baxter that they will make it right however I have yet to see anything and messages take days to return. I would never recommend them to anyone and never plan on doing business here again.
