My wife and will be leaving the is facility as soon as we find another doctor. When they had a 24 hour on call nurse, my wife was in sever pain from a urinary tract infection and we received no reply after multiple attempts and messages to reach the on call doctor.we called the office two days later to explain our situation and how upset we were and then suddenly the on call doctor called to apologize. She "just didn't hear the phone". Never would've called if we didn't call to complain. That was a few months ago, we just called them over the phone to address a new issue concerning my wife and received nothing but attitude from the front desk personnel. This place is a joke that could care less about creating a welcoming family atmoshphere. Too bad considering its only a 2 minute drive from us.
