Cancelled after having for 12 years. Customer service has gone by the wayside. When you call now you get a call center. Horrible customer service. Cannot get someone to arrive when I get home from work (that's not that persons schedule is what I was told) Prior to this year, I was ALWAYS able to have someone at my home between 4-6 pm. Not replacing bait with fresh bait in bait stations (guess trying to cut costs) now I have mice in my basement and I have to WAIT 2 weeks for someone to come to my home, at this rate there is NO POINT IN PAYING FOR THEIR SERVICE, so I cancelled :) Just not the company that they once were...
