To get a staff to take you seriously, mention "ASAP" , when leaving a voice message. Afterwards, be as vilgelant as can be for them to work with you.

Racist and unprofessional staff; especially towards Native Americans. Very appalled at the treatment I received.

After three months of trying to get a hold of the warehouse and other departments, I've FINALLY found the loophole of saying ASAP on their voice machine. Even with this help, I still hope they get sued one of these days.
