THE SALES PITCH AND PREINSTALL - Honestly, this part was kind of hellish. I can't get into it all again here or I might burst a blood vessel, but the short version is ... first salesman basically ignored me once I made it clear I wasn't going to sign on the dotted line that second. Second salesguy just took foooooooooorever to finish up the paperwork when I agreed. And the calls ... the call to make the appointment, the call to confirm the appointment, the customer service call to ask if the lady who made the last call was polite, the call to remind you of the install date, the call .. the call ... the call ...

THE INSTALL AND WINDOWS - Amazing product installed quickly and professionally by a team of 4 guys who left my home cleaner when they left than it was when they got here. The work is truly beautiful from the outside and in.The flashing and seamwork, the caulk job, the windows themselves, all top notch. They worked quickly, cleanly and professionally and get nothing but my highest praise.

BOTTOM LINE - I had windows done in half my house 6 years ago, by a decent contractor at a decent price. PHRG was definitely more expensive. But the difference in the quality of the product and the AMAZING difference in the quality of the install make me a believer that PHRG is every bit as good as they say they are ... even if they kind of annoy you along the way.
