I discovered Joe and Homeowners Financial Group a few years ago when one of Joes clients was buying one of my listings. I was so impressed by how well Joe, and his team, communicated with me I started referring my clients to him. The last deal Joe did for me was a quick close that my buyers original lender couldn't do, so I called Joe, he called my clients, and we were able to close on time. There were 11 business days to get it done! Joe is very professional, communicates with all parties and does what he says he's going to do. I highly recommend him.
