Ignore the few complaints and negative reviews. Understand that Captain Mark cannot control the weather or dolphin participation. We saw 3 or 4 dolphins for a couple brief moments. The cruise, scenery, and breeze in our hair was more than worth it even if we had not seen a single dolphin.
