Where to begin with.. I have joined this agency in June and when I started their rating was 4.8 stars.
In less than a year they have dropped 1 star.. Do you think it s weird? No it s not.

These people don t care about you. AT ALL. They have over 14.000 staff now so you can imagine that we are expendables to them. They do dodgy stuff all the time deducting 3/4/5 pounds and they think we won t notice... I guess that much they are missing from their daily stuff. To be honest if you have asked me I was gonna give you my 5 pounds to buy your needs if you are that poor... But nooo these ppl never ask, never have a conversation with you, they just take what is yours without asking.
During Christmas time they set a trap for all of us but they fell in themselves. They started a thing called next day payment so they pay you 70% of your shift next day and the remaining 30% on your next payday.. The only reason they did that is to be able to pay you less from that 30% so they can steal our money easily, like we are fools and we cant calculate or that we will forget because we worked so many shifts. So they overpaid us the first week and then they took that money easily without saying anything.
I have a case that I m asking for my money back since November and when I get a reply , usually once a month, they always say I passed on the payroll team and we will let you know.. I guess that payroll team must be very useless since from November they weren t able to give me a refund.
I have asked to go from the office as well but their ignorance is beyond. The chat people are most of them very rude, have no good knowledge, have never worked in hospitality, they have no idea what being helpful is, except Klara, and of course they just DONT CARE.

Avoid this agency, it s not worth it, they only care about the client, they will never be on your side and they will never take actions on rude/disrespectful/dodgy managers. NEVER

I have asked a lawyer to help me with the money they owe me since they don t respond or pay attention to what I m saying and I would suggest to whoever has a money problem with them to do the same.

Avoid communication with Katie(she s the worst of all), Ade, Katarina , Ben, Stephen, Lilian as they will never understand,help you, or even listen to you. The only person who does is Klara, but she s just one in the crowd right?

Well done Syft from best agency in less that a year you ve turned the worst. 1 star in less than a year? Can t imagine in 1 year. Your downfall has already begun and you know it, even clients do.
