I can't give it a ZERO?! Probably one of the worst...

I can't give it a ZERO?! Probably one of the worst hotels in the world for the price, horrible management, they have homeless people living in there. Rats in the garbage outside. They keep the neighborhood dirty. They frequently have drug dealings and prostitutes in there with hourly rates. The employees are uneducated and ignorant. This is a mistake to the neighborhood which is clearly trying to make itself look better.
