They have managed our building for 5 years and have done nothing to it. On 12-4-2019 they filed bankruptcy in the amount of 100 million dollars. They never paid our vendors. In a small town that's very embarrassing. They would get different vendors and the same thing would happen. SCC didnt pay them and they would find another. The Atmos man is on first name based with us because he's in the building to turn off the gas every month. He doesn't turn it off but that's because he has a heart and knows it not our fault. Today they informed us we will not be getting our PTO balances. After telling us we would. Our staff work very hard for very little pay. This is a job of the heart not a paycheck. I'm truly glad we're done with them. The new company is awesome. Oh I forgot when Southwest came in Monday for the take over we had shirts printed. Senior care shows up and takes every phone, fax/copier,computers and intranet/wifi. In the whole building. They dont care about the residents and they dont care about their staff.
