SAB, like many (but not all) letting agents, are solely concerned with the interests of landlords, not tenants. They are usually professional and courteous but the compliments end there.



Finally, SAB will always try to extract something from the tenant's deposit even if charging for regular wear and tear. Again this is bad practice and only leaves bad blood with the tenant (hence this review). Go private and avoid SAB and others if you possibly can.
