I have taken my almost 3-year old daughter to Dr. Cadera every 6 months since she was a baby to check on the slight astigmatism she has in one eye. My pediatrician noticed it at a regular check-up and referred us to Dr. Cadera. He and his staff are INCREDIBLE! I didn't know what to expect when we went in the first time, and he was simply wonderful. He has a calm, soothing voice and it is honestly amazing to watch - he talks to my daughter to keep her attention all while holding up little magnifying glass things and looking into her eyes and relaying the information needed to his scribe. I don't know how he does it!
