My wife drove to see them for an ER follow up in the snow, called ahead and said she was going to be 5 minutes late (turned out to be less) and they turned her away because they have a 'policy' that states you have to be 10 minutes early.

I understand why you have these policies, but common sense should be part of health care.

Cherry on top - they tried to bill her for the visit. Yeah...it's one of those places.
