Wisper was great when we first signed up. In the last couple of years, it has become progressively slower and more unreliable. We find ourselves turning off WIFI and on Verizon data more and more. What a waste of money!! I would give a quarter star rating if I could. Too bad that internet to Rural areas is virtually nonexistent.
