This was our first time at BMW. We were very fortunate to work with Tim Navarrete. He was just hands down one of the best sales consultant I have ever purchased from. He first helped my wife and I narrow down the vehicle based on what we were looking for in a car. He took his time going over the vehicle. Explained to detail every feature the car has. Test Drive. And once we made the decision, he even went the extra step on the paperwork to make it as painless as possible. Always great to work with someone that lets you make the decision with no pressure.
