This is my first experience with BMW of San Antonio. We dealt with Josh and Biju.

They were extremely professional, courteous, informative, and easy to deal with. They were able to move our lease up where as the other dealers in the area did not.

It was very easy to lease a new vehicle. The price was right the down payment was low. The other dealership was very picky and would ve charged for new tires and Josh did not.

Bottom line it s a leased vehicle, with less payments then we were paying before for a three series and this is a new 4 series with very little down payment.

So we have a car that we like for less per month than we were paying before. It s also 2019 not 2016.

The other dealerships wanted substantially more for same deal.

I cannot comment on the service clearly their volume allows them flexibility on pricing that other dealerships probably cannot as easily match
