Very nice hotel and good location !
Very professional staff and well trained, Steven the staff who check me out very friendly and proactively, Khin, Pinky and Yamin also always smile and create connection to the guests, Concierge team they are perfect making us stay memorable and meeting very smooth, Thank you to Tun (Bellman) who helping for luggage when we arrived and departure he also teaching us how to ware a Salong he very friendly call us by name all the time, Moo Thaw and KoKo is the keys to successful of our meeting 2018 they very well organized handle group 100 peoples very smooth, During stay I'm call to the operator to order 2 glasses of wine the service very fast and operator (Vanessa) courtesy call to double check us and make sure that we get the glasses of wine. Wow! last but not lease I would like to thanks to Shangri-La Management team and sales team who makes our first meeting in Yangon it happens. We will come back and recommend to my guests and my friend to stay at Sule Shangri-La for sure.
