I have been visiting this hotel for more than 3 years and had never had such a bad experience. To begin with, the transport service is very inefficient because they only have two cars that instead of being circulating in opposite places that are almost one behind the other, therefore, if you lose one you both lose and you must wait 30 minutes to return to find one for while in Condovac one sees that cars pass almost 5 minutes apart. Although the wait is not a problem, one of the drivers decided to leave my family, which included the elderly and small children, of course if the car was full, however, it was completely empty, it was just the laziness to stop pick us. In addition to this misunderstanding our villa was damaged air conditioning (AC) very kindly ask that maintenance help us.
