I stayed here with my husband , 4 year old and 11 month old daughter. The resort and the rooms are beautiful but roach infested. The staff and management were very nonchalant about my complaints which led me to believe that they were common amongst the guests there. I had to buy raid ant and roach spray in order to control pests. I sprayed daily and woke up to an average of 5 dead roaches each morning. I used my time share ownership to stay at the resort and the management was not willing to pay for my family to stay at a comparable resort. I was not offered another room because they could not guarantee that I would not haventhensame problem in another room since these " palmetto bugs" are quite common. They use the term palmetto but that is just the local variety of roach if you look it up. My timeshare ownership company refunded my stay and the manager gave me a half hearted apology. I gave this resort two stars because the pool area is like a miniature water park and my children loved it.
