I love the location, however I have had some issue...

I love the location, however I have had some issues with the service department. I ve been turned away for not making an appointment or I ve made an appointment and it took over 2 hours( oil change). I have tried to reach out via email and via the survey and have not received a response. Overall I have not received consistent and quality service. I would love to have a discussion with someone about my concerns.
