The only reason I'm giving two is because they respond quickly if I have a issue, however. Nothing ever gets fixed. We installed a 100 Mbps line a while back, when the line was tested it reached around 70 - 80 Mbps (which was explained to us that speed is lost when connected through WiFi -that's fine) but a week later and up until now - we are lucky if we get 50 Mbps or 30 Mbps and the line is never constant. I've complained and called them about 9 times and they always sent out a technician timely (and I say thank you for that), but nothing ever got fixed and they can't explain why it loses so much speed. I'm disappointed due to me paying about 800 per month for internet that I am not even receiving. I went into Safricom to look at premium home packages specifically the 35 Mbps package I believe - Only to be told my speeds won't ever be as fast as my current line. If premium home packages give you what you pay for and not lose more than 50 % of its speed then I'm sure the premium package would be faster. I wish for the lines to be fixed, because to be honest the prices they ask aren't too bad either, as long as we get what we pay for that is, then it's value for money, but at the moment I'm feeling ripped off.
