If I could rate 2 1/2 stars for service department...

If I could rate 2 1/2 stars for service department I would. No greeting given . Serious negligence to surrounding customers waiting. All I was in for was an oil change. I'll be driving to Valparaiso Chrysler. Again.... Really disappointed.
