I had an excellent experience at Jim Butler! I just needed an oil change, but they also top off all fluids, do a tire rotation, and fill up your tires. My only complaint is that my mom has been going to Jim Butler for years and every time she gets an oil change, they give her a few coupons for free car washes and I didn't get any! Other than that, great experience!
