Very nice rooms and place overall how ever the workers are for the most part incompetent besides a few who are truly passionate about their jobs. I've had better experiences at best westerns for example I asked for a receipt and they told me that they didn't know how to do that so I will have to come again later and ask then. I also had a package delivered to the hotel for me and it took them over an hour to get it to me once I asked for it at the front desk. Overall its was a very good stay besides any interaction with resort employees especially since I had to tell them that I was staying there constantly because they assumed that I was a maintenance worker and they began every interaction by yelling at me and telling me that I can't park somewhere or that I'm not supposed to be somewhere on the grounds. I don't know what gave them the notion that its acceptable to start a conversation with me in such a manner but its inexcusable honestly.
