This hotel will fleece you with their "non-refundable" bookings and poor service.

1. When we lived in Princeton,we booked a guest into this hotel in 2018 who asked for the porter to bring her back to the lobby. Not only did they fail to do that, they charged her for an extra night for "leaving a suitcase in the room". They refused to reverse the charge; I had the credit card company do it.

2. Recently, these guys took a hold from my travel agent and "confirmed" it with a non-refundable booking. Despite their obvious mistake, they refused to reverse the charge.

I'm done with this place. It's more into extortion than hospitality.
