Emailed ahead and made an appointment with a salesperson I'd purchased from previously. Mentioned the vehicle I was interested in and arrived right on time. To my amazement the salesperson was not familiar with the inventory, was constantly on the phone with someone else confirming he would be leaving within 15 minutes and then provided me with little detail about the vehicle without my pushing the question. I had to push for a full rundown of figures. Clearly I was not a priority for this day and time and I was greatly disappointed and surprised in both the attitude and lack of professionalism on the part of the salesperson.
