The first time I came in I was greeted in a friend...

The first time I came in I was greeted in a friendly matter, and when they learned I was new to the studio they thanked me for coming in and after we took care of the details of joining up. I did the 30 days for $30, they gave me a quick tour so I knew where everything was. Not every studio does this, and I really appreciated the extra care and customer service. It made me feel welcome and appreciated. Thanks guys! Inside it s nicely decorated and really clean. They have two studios and a lot of classes which makes it easy for me to get down there, even with my busy schedule.

The vinyasa classes I ve been too are fun and energetic, the music they play is great and they have assistants that come around and massage you! What!? So nice! They also teach Mysore Ashtanga, which I had never really heard of but after learning that it was a set series of postures I was really curious because I d been practicing Bikram style yoga for a few years and sometimes I really like the predictability and order of a class that is the same postures in the same order every time. I feel like I can judge my progress better etc...
They have 3 days a week where they have a teacher there who walks around and guides and assists you through the postures. I have had Marie and James in the Ashtanga classes they were both really friendly, and super helpful. The indidviual attention is great and learned a lot in just the few classes I ve been to so far. Ok, kind of nerdy but I m really excited to have this whole new kind of yoga to learn and progress in. Thanks Marie and James for all your help and assistance and thanks to the owner and the rest of the staff for giving me such a great place to come and get my practice on! See y all soon!

Love,

Matteo
