There are some landmarks that are a must see up close in person! The Saint Louis Gateway Arch is that and so much more! After growing up seeing pictures, I had to see the real thing, and visually and architecturally, in person..., the Gateway Arch resembles what something from outer space may appear as if crash landed here on Earth! There is no denying that this structure is truly a U.S. National Landmark on the big banks of the mighty Mississippi River! The symbolism is the most important; identifying the growth, exploration, expansion, freedom, opportunity, and movement towards a Greater United States of America!
